Connect with your agent

1. Ask your BHOPE agent for its Meta connection link.
2. Open that private, 15-minute link in your own browser and continue to Meta.
3. Authorize your own business assets. Initial owner verification must finish before the connection activates.
4. Select one Facebook Page and one ad account belonging to your verified business.
5. Review each proposed public post or advertising action before it runs.

Token expiry or a change to your Meta permissions requires reconnecting. New writes remain disabled until the pilot is qualified.

Disconnect and delete

Ask the agent to disconnect, or use the connected owner page in the same browser. You can also remove MKTrioApp in Facebook Business Integrations. Disconnecting does not pause ads that are already delivering or scheduled.

For data deletion, use Meta’s Remove integration flow and request deletion, or contact support@mktrio.ca with your business name. Never email passwords or access tokens.
